In purchasing a ticket for Edge of Search, you confirm you are over the age of 18 and agree to abide by any relevant Code of Conducts enforced by the event venues. 

We reserve all rights to change and amend our terms and conditions of attendance and we reserve the right to vary the speakers, hosts, trainers, or agenda without prior notice.

As an attendee, you are subject to all applicable laws and the venue’s terms of entry, we reserve the right to ask you to leave if you are unable to provide suitable identification which confirms that you are the attendee nominated, at the time of purchase, by the purchaser of the ticket.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you would like to cancel your ticket, you will need to email a cancellation request to [email protected] clearly identifying the event, the number of delegates, and the delegate names. If we receive a valid cancellation email within fourteen (14) days of the confirmed booking, a full refund will be issued.

We will not issue refunds:

• For any bookings made in the 14 days immediately prior to the event for which the ticket was purchased;
• If requested more than 14 days after the original booking;
• No refunds will be given for attendees who do not attend.

We shall not be liable to any attendees or sponsors for travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred (included wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to cancel or relocate the event as a result of an event outside our reasonable control (including, without limitation, to acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts or threats of terrorism, strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action or a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness).

Transferable Tickets

We do not offer refunds outside of the stipulated grace period, but you may send someone in your place or resell your ticket. To transfer your access to the event to someone else, email the event organiser [email protected].

If the event is postponed for any reason, your ticket will still be valid for the postponed event date.

Precautionary Measures

We make decisions based on the advice of the relevant government and health authorities in Australia. The safety and well-being of delegates, speakers, and staff is our priority. 

We encourage all attendees to practice good hygiene. If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending events. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
