When and where do the masterclasses run?

Both masterclasses run the day before the conference — Thursday 3 September 2026 — at a venue in central Newcastle near City Hall. We email the exact address to masterclass ticket holders as soon as it is locked in, well before the day. The conference itself is Friday 4 September at Newcastle City Hall.

Do I need a conference ticket?

Yes — masterclasses are an add-on for delegates who hold a Conference Day ticket. The 'Conference + Masterclass' bundles on the /tickets page cover both.

How many spots are available?

Each masterclass is deliberately capped to keep the room hands-on. Spots are first-come-first-served when you select a combined ticket.

Can I do both?
