This policy sets out how we collect, process and hold your personal data if you visit our event ticket shop or otherwise provide personal data to us through Firewire Digital for any events you register to attend or purchase a ticket for, such as Edge of Search. We collect, process, store and use personal data when you book a ticket and buy any of our associated products and services to an event including your name, address and email address together with payment information. You do not need to provide us with any personal data to view our event ticket shop. However, we may still collect the information set under the Data we automatically collect section of this policy, and marketing communications in accordance with the Marketing Communications section of this policy.
When you contact us by email or post, we may keep a record of the correspondence and we may also record any telephone call we have with you.
Data we automatically collect
When you visit our event ticket shop, we, or third parties on our behalf, automatically collect and store information about your device and your activities. When you register for an event, as part of the buying and selling or registration process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, phone number and email address.
Email marketing (if applicable): when you register for an event, we will send you emails about the event, including news and updates.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, and place an order, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it that information in relation to the event/s. This ensures a better attendee experience and keeps you informed of any important information related to your purchase.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by unsubscribing to email communications or by contacting us at [email protected].
